All of our team members are separate small businesses and our cancellation and rescheduling policies vary slightly.
We understand life happens and things come up, and we do our best to accommodate schedule changes when we can. Please give as much notice as possible (at least 48 hours when you can) to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please note that most of our staff have cancellation fees that apply when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 or 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or if you do not show up for your appointment.
A deposit may be required when booking certain services, and your appointment must be cancelled or changed with at least 24 or 48 hours notice in order to be refunded, depending on the service provider’s policies.
Please review your service provider’s policies available to view on their booking sites or websites, or contact them directly with any questions.
