By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using the website at theivysaratoga.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Ivy Beauty Suites reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Services
The Ivy Beauty Suites is a shared salon and suite rental space located in Saratoga Springs, NY. Each service provider operating within The Ivy is an independent professional. Service pricing, availability, and specific policies may vary by provider. Any questions or concerns about a specific service should be directed to the provider who performed it.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments are subject to our Cancellation Policy. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations and reschedules. No-shows and late cancellations may result in fees. Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at booking.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged with your provider. Accepted payment methods vary by individual provider and may include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms. All sales of products and gift cards are final unless otherwise stated.
5. Health & Safety
It is the client's responsibility to disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, or medications that may affect services (including but not limited to chemical treatments, waxing, lash applications, and skincare procedures). The Ivy Beauty Suites and its independent providers are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. A patch test may be required for certain chemical or adhesive services.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Ivy Beauty Suites provides a physical space for independent beauty professionals. We are not responsible for the quality, outcome, or results of services performed by independent providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ivy Beauty Suites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered on the premises.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on theivysaratoga.com — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of The Ivy Beauty Suites or its respective providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Photography & Social Media
By receiving services at The Ivy, you acknowledge that before/after photographs may be taken for portfolio and marketing purposes. Photos will never be shared without your consent. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your provider before the service begins.
9. Website Use
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, The Ivy Beauty Suites makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of website content, including service descriptions, pricing, and availability. Information may change without notice.
10. Privacy
